By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. We Partner with DHL Express for ship our every orders/ shipment in worldwide.
Order And Shipment Confirmations
After you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will receive a second update to the same email address confirming once your order has shipped and containing your shipment tracking number.
Upon placing an order, you’ll also have the option to sign up for text message notifications on the order confirmation page should you wish to receive updates via text/SMS.
Don’t see your order confirmation email? Be sure that you entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder. You can also log in to your account and visit the Order History tab to view your order status at any time.
Shipping Policy
Eden Plains orders will typically ship two or three (2-3) business days after they have been placed due to our order processing period. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday/ Thursday Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will ship on the next Monday or Tuesday.
Note: Holidays may cause an additional one (1) to two (2) business day delay in shipping.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay as soon as possible. Please note that you will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Domestic Shipping
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 to 5 Business days.
International Shipping
For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL worldwide. Express service on DHL takes up to 3 to 7 working days for delivery to most countries. In the event there is a customs clearance intervention this could take longer.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using DHL. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
Tracking Orders
Details on how to track your online order will be included in your order dispatched email. This is generally sent one to two business days after you place your order. If you’ve received your order confirmation and haven’t received your order dispatched email after two business days, please let our know on at [email protected]

Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
- Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Worldceylon Global Pvt Ltd encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to WorldCeylon Global Pvt Ltd at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Insurance
DHL may be able to arrange insurance for loss of or damage to the Shipment, covering the full value of the goods, provided that Shipper so instructs DHL in writing, including by completing the insurance section of the waybill or using DHL’s automated systems and pays the applicable premium. Shipment insurance does not cover indirect loss or damage, or loss or damage caused by delays.
Returns and Refund
WorldCeylon Global Pvt Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
